Folk is whatever it wants to be! We are what’s right for now because the most constant trait about FOLK is that we are constantly evolving. The fun thing about being an owner-run restaurant is that we get to make the space in our image, as it were, always finding ways to adapt and grow. It’s the little things that make the difference. We want our family and friends to eat our food so the food is freshly made, seasonal, ethical and developed to satisfy most dietary requirements, with plant-based and gluten-free options in abundance.
